BURKE, Michael Patric Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer on May 29, 2017 at the age of 64. Loving husband of Irene Ann Burke. Cherished father of Jim (Denise), Sandra (Tim) Hine and Jeff. Proud grandfather of Liam, Mason and Lincoln. Survived by siblings Dave (Debbie) and Carol (Gord). Predeceased by his brother Bill. Michael enjoyed many hobbies including playing cards with friends, fishing, hunting, cooking and shopping for all ingredients to make his recipes. Michael was a "foodie" at heart and had a love for mustang cars. He was a loyal employee of Ford for 36 years. Many thanks to all the doctors and nurses at Juravinski Hospital, as well as all the nurses from St. Joseph's Home Care. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at the M.A. Clark & Sons Funeral Home (567 Upper Wellington Street), on Thursday, June 1st from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel.
