Patricia "Pat" Marotti, nee Markle, passed away in her 81st year on August 6, 2023 at Juravinski Hospital after a several year battle with dementia. Predeceased by her father Melville (1982), her mother Irene (1986), her husband Primo (2013), her son-in-law John (2018), and her daughter Kim (2022). Survived by her son Mark (Chelsey), and many cousins and friends.

Pat was born December 11, 1942 in Hamilton, and spent her entire life there, 55 of which were at her home on East 44th. She married Primo Marroti in 1965, and in 1967, she gave birth to Kimberly, and to Mark in 1970.

Pat was kept busy with many of her interests; she loved horses, working on miniature scenes, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, watching her soap operas, tending to her backyard garden, cheering on the Ticats, and taking care of her dog.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will take place at M.A. Clark and Sons Funeral Home (567 Upper Wellington, Hamilton) on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 2-4 p.m., and 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 10 at the funeral home, and interment at Millgrove Cemetery (880 Millgrove Side Road, Hamilton) shortly after.
