It is with overwhelming sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Tammy Elizabeth Ardrey (nee Godek).
On November 17th, 2022, after a short but very hard fought battle with cancer, Tammy passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital with her husband David at her side. There are no words that can express the profound loss of such a beautiful, vibrant and loving wife, you will forever live in our hearts.
Tammy is survived by her loving family; husband David, son Shaun, grandson Jack (affectionately known as Peanut), Brother John Godek, sister-in-law Wendy Godek and nephews Jay and Greg. Tammy is pre-deceased by her dear brother Shayne and her parents, Hank and Mary. We would like to say a very special thank you to Deb (Valchuk) Hoage for her unconditional love and friendship she has given Tammy throughout her life and for the love and support she has given both Tammy and her family during her final days.
We would like to express our gratitude to the staff and medical team at Juravinski Hospital for the comfort and compassion they gave Tammy and our family during this very difficult time.
In honour of Tammy a Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at M.A Clark & Sons Funeral Home, located at 567 Upper Wellington Street, Hamilton.
The family would ask that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Juravinski Hospital cancer research or the Canadian Cancer Society.
