With profound sadness her family announces the passing of a dear wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Joan was the loving wife of Gilbert for 69 years, mother of Joann (Steve) and predeceased by son Douglas. Grandmother of Stacey (David), Laine (Garrett and Willow) and cherished sister of Joyce. Joan will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and her dog Jet. Joan was an active parishioner of Christ Church Woodburn, and enjoyed singing in the choir and ACW activities. Special thanks to all staff at Juravinski C3 and St. Peter's Hospital. The family would also like to thank Dr. Wasi, Juravinski F4 clinic, and Leslie and Diane at the Juravinski lab. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at M.A. Clark & Sons Funeral Home, Upper Wellington St., Hamilton on Thursday, September 29 from 2-4 or 7-9. Funeral service to be held Friday, September 30 at 11 at the funeral home. Cremation to follow.
