and Exceptional Grandmother
It is with profound sadness that the
family of Sharon Huggins announces
her passing after a courageous
battle with cancer on Wednesday
March 6, 2019 at the age of 70
years. Sharon will be lovingly
remembered by her husband of 44
years, Lawrence and their children
Christine (Cameron) and Darrell
(Ashley). Sharon's memory will also
be treasured by her grandchildren
Bethany, Tanner and Clayton; her
sister Linda (Walter), brothers
Robert (Sandi) and Larry (Pam);
brother-in-law Paul (Patricia) as well
as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m
will be held at Church of the
Resurrection, 435 Mohawk Road
West, Hamilton ON, L9C 1X1,
immediately followed by a
celebration of life service in memory
of Sharon and conclude with a
funeral tea. Cremation has already
taken place. Memorial donations in
memory of Sharon may be made to
Juravinski Cancer Hospital;
donations@hamiltonhealth.ca. The
family would like to extend a special
thanks to all the caring doctors,
nurses and medical support staff at
Juravinski and St. Peter's for all their
efforts while caring for Sharon.
