We just recently learned of your father's passing. Please know our sincere sympathy. We have warm memories of Jim as a mentour, partner and friend. After I left Brimage Tyrell, we lived for many years on Elgin Ave and never passed your Dad's house without remembering his magnificent rose gardens. Best. Dawn &Keith
