Passed away peacefully,surrounded
by his family at the Juravinski Hospital
on January 3, 2018 in his 52nd year.
Dearly loved by his mom Mary,
Predeceased by his father (George)
his daughter Chelsea, brother Rob
(Brenda), Steve (Connie), his sister
Sandra (Joel), Allan (Rosalie) Gary.
He will be greatly missed by his
many nieces and nephews and his
extended family and friends. In his
honour visitation will take place at
M.A. Clark & Sons Funeral Home 567
Upper Wellington Street on January
6th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. A
celebration of life will follow.
